Discover easy to make one-pan meals. These recipes are contain ingredients made up from our most current products! All meals will feed four (or more!) and generally cost less then $15!


“Sunkissed Pasta Aglio-e-Olio”
Heart Healthy!
Ingredients:
1 container grape tomatoes (preferably multi-colored)
1 clove garlic, chopped
¼ c. olive oil
1 8-oz. box Rotini pasta (preferably Barilla gluten free chickpea rotini)
½ c. grated parmesan or hard cheese of choice
Salt & pepper to taste
½ t. basil (fresh or dried)
Preparation:
Slice tomatoes in half.
In large deep skillet, add olive oil and tomatoes. Braise tomatoes till lightly browned.
Add chopped garlic and simmer.
Boil water for pasta and cook until al dente.
Drain pasta (do not rinse) and add to skillet with tomatoes.
Cook 5 minutes on low heat.
Add spices and cheese.
Serve and enjoy with Summer Italiano side salad or your favorite salad!
